Tried Seppia for first time for Restaurant Week. Food was very tasty but the items they offered for RW did not match what was advertised and they refused to swap for the item that had been listed. Disappointing since there was no price difference.
This was my first time going to this restaurant. I must say everything was just about perfect. Every dish our table ordered was flavorful. It wasn't just your average Italian restaurant, this place was above many of those. I suggest the squid ink ravioli. I forgot our waiters name even after I asked for it a second time, however he was great. He explained all the food on the menu to us. He even had patience when some of us had to ask a second or third time to explain.
The atmosphere and service were fantastic! Our only hiccup were the portion sizes of the pasta dishes. Our server said all pasta entrees were shareable between two people, however when we ordered the veal ravioli it only came with 7 mini raviolis with a price of $24. It tasted very good, just don’t phrase it as a shareable dish! Would go back again and try their other dishes!!!
Exceptional service and delicious food in a beautiful space. We went for the first time for my birthday and will be back with friends and family. What a great addition to the Baltimore food scene!
