Let me talk about this PHENOMENAL young lady Kelsey, I met yesterday! I was out with my soon to be mother in-law, and her friend yesterday 5/14/2025. When checking out, the clerk wanted to join my Sephora with my Kohl's rewards. I said fine, as long as you verify that you are accessing my existing Sephora rewards. The clerk said she did access my existing Sephora rewards. I said good because the last purchase I made was not credited to my existing Sephora rewards. My problem is that this is the second time a clerk has assured me they accessed my longstanding, existing rewards account and did not. Can we be truthful? Please don't look at me and lie. Great staff, especially compared to Ulta. Esmerelda helped my daughter and I today and she was GREAT!! So helpful in finding a foundation and matching my skin tone, I didn't feel rushed at all. She even took the time to give us samples of the products we were interested in but they didn't have in stock.
