Went in to drop off a return and they gave me a coupon for 10% off. I need some eye cream but had no idea what I was doing! Had several employees walk past me and look at me but none of them asked me if I needed help.one girl walked by with her face in her phone. Even walked past the counter and the girl standing at the counter saw me and walked away! I’m not sure if it’s just coincidence, but I always seem to get the same employee when I visit—and she’s truly wonderful. She’s consistently kind, helpful, and just one of those people who genuinely brightens your day. The store is usually well-stocked with everything I need to restock, which I really appreciate. This will forever be my go-to Sephora!
OK that Sephora isn’t too bad but still maybe it’s their phones that are not working. I called Sephora multiple times but they’re still saying that they’re closed until 9 AM. It is 2 o’clock. I couldn’t understand today’s Easter so maybe they’re really busy online and also great customer service really really nice. This is a Sephora. I mostly go to. I really don’t really go to any other Sephora’s but this is the only Sephora I really go to. This is my go to Sephora.
