The worker was rude! there was 20 minutes until closing time and she rushed us to get out of the store. I was at the store today to get a small travel sized item. I waited for a cashier. The person stocking shelves used a walkie talkie to call another person to the desk. When she arrived, she apologized for my wait, but I didn't mind waiting. She asked me for my beauty insider number. I didn't want to enter it or sign up because I was in a hurry. my cousins and i went in just to browse and the lady working was curt and condescending when we asked about different products. it made all of us uncomfortable, so we just left without buying anything even though we wanted to browse for longer. she was shorter with glasses and had long hair. i couldn’t see a name tag, otherwise i’d share it here. we visited on 02/21/2025 at 7:30pm.

Natalia was absolutely amazing when I came in asking for a color match for a concealer. She worked with me and pulled out multiple shades/finishes for me (even some from the back) spending the time to find one I was actually happy with. She was very knowledgeable when it came to what I may be looking for (as I honestly had no clue) and guided me through the whole process. Thank, Natalia! :)
