I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and met Trysten immediately - they were very busy stocking and cleaning but came and said hello as soon as I walked in. I explained my need for a BB cream that had some pretty specific characteristics, as the one I’ve always used was recently discontinued. Waited 15 minutes for the brunette woman to get off her personal phone so I could ask a question. There was absolutely no hurry (I could hear the whole conservation as she had it on speaker). Had to listen about dinner plans, and Starbucks orders for her kid. When she finally got off the phone I went to ask her my question but then she went behind the counter and started eating a bag of Cheetos.
