Ms. Ashontai F. Does a really good job with makeup. She did my eyebrows and I was so satisfied about the results. I recommend her 100%!!!! If you haven’t booked an appointment already I would recommend it!! She is amazing and has a good talent that people should see. Thank you!!! -Alicia
Friendly but always out of products
The price tag is marked lower when you go to checkout the price is double,spoke with the manager she said take or leave the bag so rude,I contact the consumer affair report de situation the fraud is done in the store,manager contact me said I will give the $31.00 back camback to the store ,is no the money is how she handle the problem, "take or leave" hope with these review the store don't to again if you don't pay attention you pay the wrong price ,how many people in the rush don't pay attention when you checkout.

I went to the Sephora at Town Center Mall in Kennesaw yesterday 10/6/24. Not one sales person, I mean seriously not one sales person asked me if I needed assistance. I try to go in to these types of places with some knowledge on products but I certainly don’t know what they know. I’m getting older and what used to work doesn’t anymore. I started to ask for help but decided if these young sales people aren’t interested in helping me, I need to go somewhere else
Sales help are extremely helpful and knowledgeable..Bridget the best. However,phone rep Kenya not helpful AT ALL put me on hold for 15 minutes. I was driving so I held on and timed the call. She was an idiot.. kept changing her answers and saying NO PROBLEM.. check on your phone reps, they are key in customer relations. This was the Manhasset store. The 5 star review is specifically for IN STORE HELP.
Also, the employee Layla was very racist!
I would like to report an employee named LAYLA, she was absolutely rude!! I returned some items and I mentioned it was because they arrived late, so she was questioning why I was ordering the item a lot of items, which is none of her business, so I said I wOuld like the refund back TO MY SEPHORA CREDIT CARD, she gave me a gift card, and said you can shop anyways. she got mad because I wanted my refund back to my original payment method!! I love this store. I have been a fan of Sephora the company since it‘s inception in the United States. I especially like the Sephora branch at Farmington Station in Farmington Utah. Everyone there is always kind and always helpful. What I want to say right now is not anything against the store, it’s against the people that shop in it.
