I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Sephora inside Kohl’s. I purchased a perfume that cost nearly $180, and when the bottle cracked shortly after purchase, the morning supervisor and staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Kohl’s and Sephora customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. I recently visited the Sephora inside Kohl’s and received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
