Kohl’s and Sephora customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. I recently visited the Sephora inside Kohl’s and received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The supervisor working this morning was unprofessional, dismissive, and did not handle the situation appropriately. Instead of resolving the issue, the interaction became frustrating and uncomfortable. I had a disappointing experience at the Sephora in Fort McMurray. A cashier (her name sounded like Anet/Anette) called me over twice, but then didn’t scan my items and passed me to another employee without any explanation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. I expected better customer service.
Most unaccommodating Sephora I have ever been in; I have been a great many. The clerks are rude. In many sections there is no shelf stock it is in the drawers below and you have to request help and the young ladies treat you like it is burden to them and are very annoyed. Most of the time the ladies are gathered at the check out talking or on their cell phones. What should be a quick trip in to pick up something takes at least at least 10 minutes. This is the first time I have been to Sephora in our local Kohl’s and will absolutely be the last. I had went in to get my birthday gift with my husband and son and was hoping to get some Summer Friday lip glosses. I went and an associate helped me with my birthday gift and after I was done picking it up I went to look around for the lip glosses.
