just so you know if you purchase a Sephora item at another store and not this store you cannot return it here. Which I think is pointless what's the use of having a Sephora at Kohl's if you can't make it universal and make a return or an exchange?? 🤔🛒

I’ve never had a problem with customer service here until today. I came in because my Sephora app told me two products were available for pick up. When I came the displays were empty I finally found someone on the floor and she happened to be working on one of the brands displays (great) when I approached her she didn’t even acknowledge me or look up she rudely said no so I asked her about the other product and she said “no nothing” again not acknowledging me.. so I said excuse me I am speaking to you?
