I think their customer service is great. I've never had a problem taking anything back, and when something occasionally rings up wrong, they've always made it right for me quickly. They have big sales all the time, and as a Kohl's charge customer I get extra discounts many times a year. Sometimes I find discounts of 70%, and even the full prices on clothing aren't bad.
