I stopped in to grab a few things I forgot to bring on my trip while in town visiting and had super good customer service from Dalia. She was very informative and really sweet. I complimented her hair and makeup because she looked nice and definitely is a great asset for the face of Sephora. You could tell she was passionate about representing the company. I loved how cute the store setting was. Everything was clean and well displayed.
Staff was not helpful even being 4 ladies at that time, 3 doing inventory (I guess) and the one in the frontdesk. I had to ask twice for help because nobody was helping me. I went in December 2024, and employees must be friendlier and care more about customers.
Girls weren't really helpful. They were friendly enough, but you could tell they wanted to stand and talk to each other rather than assist me while I was there. They were also "out of samples" behind the counter. I'm not overly upset about the samples, honestly, but their attitudes just didn't help the situation.
Customer service was better when Sephora was inside JC Penny.
Allison was AMAZING!! She was so so helpful. Definitely was a good experience!!:)
