Staff was not helpful even being 4 ladies at that time, 3 doing inventory (I guess) and the one in the frontdesk. I had to ask twice for help because nobody was helping me. I went in December 2024, and employees must be friendlier and care more about customers.
Girls weren't really helpful. They were friendly enough, but you could tell they wanted to stand and talk to each other rather than assist me while I was there. They were also "out of samples" behind the counter. I'm not overly upset about the samples, honestly, but their attitudes just didn't help the situation.
Customer service was better when Sephora was inside JC Penny.
Allison was AMAZING!! She was so so helpful. Definitely was a good experience!!:)
I love jean!!! First of all he has amazingggggg makeup, but he also gave me great tips for in the future and was so professional and helpful !!! I love this location all of the staff is great. This location is the reason I spend my whole paycheck lol
