Do not go to this store -- or deal with Ivan, the cashier supervisor, as well as the store supervisor. They both lack customer service skills but Ivan is a rude, arrogant, lazy, prejudice individual and should really be reevaluated for his position. I've dealt with nice staff there before, being a long term customer. But Ivan and the store supervisor made this experience horrible. Don't bother going, the employees are rude and don't take the time of day to try to help you out and save money. I love Kohl's because of their amazing deals and coupons that is how they keep me coming back I usually go to the one in La Habra where the people are nice and friendly and if you ever forget your coupon they find a way to find you another one to save you money, I love the employees at the La habra location they are nice and friendly and they keep me going back.
