This location is often very busy and understocked because with is the only Sephora in over a 100 mile radius! However they are always very willing to help, do color matches, give samples, and double check their back stock for merchandise if it’s not out. Very friendly service, just be patient on busy days :)
This is now the third and last time I'll go into this place since they moved to Khols. Service is non-existent. They had what i wanted for my wife, it was locked up. Asked for help after standing there for 10 minutes. Was told they would be with me shortly. 10 more minutes then left. I'm done.
Went into Sephora today looking browsing and asking for color match foundation monissa helped me so much she was very kind since the moment I stepped in Sephora she greeted me and was very attentive if I needed anything I really much appreciate the help she gave me she’s was awesome !
