Went to return some products and the girls behind the counter gave me and my mother awkward stares, we weren’t aware you can’t return online products to a kohls sephora, and they let us know we couldn’t if it was bought at a stand alone sephora and i guess not online products either. kinda silly to me but i know there’s nothing they can do about that , what upset me though was the tone of voice they were using and they were pretty unhelpful and didn’t do much to assist us or solve our issue.

Very quick to help me as soon as I walked in! I asked for a sample of a foundation and they immediately obliged and gave me a neatly-packaged full container of the one I had picked out. Will definitely be back and feel completely comfortable asking for assistance!

Went to take my mom to buy new makeup and wanting to know more about make up and her being shy because she speaks Spanish Johnathan came over to help us very patient very loving about his job and he talked Spanish so that a plus we loved his customer service !!!!!

The man who wears makeup was super racist whenever I asked for help! I asked for help to choose a concealer he was being rude and very unprofessional. He said darker tones looked better because of my race (hispanic) there was no need for that comment.. when checking out he said something in between the lines of “let me go wash my hands I’m disgusted.”
