Employees were rude!
went there this weekend with my mom. we were constantly followed around and asked if the items we were holding could be put up at the front while we shopped, now this wouldn’t have been a problem if we weren’t getting asked every 5 seconds if we needed help with anything and followed around. we went to the perfume area and immediately a girl asked the manager to come to the front and i saw her whisper something and immediately the manager turned her whole body in our direction. i felt this was very racially motivated as we w... read more
Went to return some products and the girls behind the counter gave me and my mother awkward stares, we weren’t aware you can’t return online products to a kohls sephora, and they let us know we couldn’t if it was bought at a stand alone sephora and i guess not online products either. kinda silly to me but i know there’s nothing they can do about that , what upset me though was the tone of voice they were using and they were pretty unhelpful and didn’t do much to assist us or solve our issue.
Very quick to help me as soon as I walked in! I asked for a sample of a foundation and they immediately obliged and gave me a neatly-packaged full container of the one I had picked out. Will definitely be back and feel completely comfortable asking for assistance!
