Realized they didn’t give me my gift card back and when I went back into the store they said there was nothing they could do. Cashier was sweet and gave me numbers to try to help. Very unhappy and would NEVER return to any Kohl’s Sephora.

Addy was amazing! I might misspell her name but she was so helpful and kind, and was obviously knowledgeable about products. She was a huge help
