I was honestly very upset leaving this store. I felt extremely judged and embarrassed here. I went in there looking for Rhode and they didn’t have it so I went with a different brand. I had to ask for help and it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I was gunna ask them if they had any products that could help with my plaque psoriasis's but I was so upset by the way I felt judged and I just left. Maybe not their intention but I walked out in tears and probably will never go back there again.

Realized they didn’t give me my gift card back and when I went back into the store they said there was nothing they could do. Cashier was sweet and gave me numbers to try to help. Very unhappy and would NEVER return to any Kohl’s Sephora.
