Every one is so nice there. Went to buy my bestie a gift card for mother's day. She loves this store she gets special items here. And what's good about it too no one follows you around.
I’ve been here a few times and so far the only person that has truly took their time to help me was Estefany but sadly she’s not there everyday. I went in yesterday to find a good full coverage concealer. Today, I visited Sephora to search for a foundation and skincare products. Initially, they anticipated a modest expenditure, but the exceptional customer service convinced them to invest more. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, particularly Daniel, who provided valuable insights into the skin product I required. His expertise made me feel confident in my purchase. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sephora. Please extend my gratitude to Daniel and the entire team.
GIFT CARD BUYERS BEWARE! I had $50 left on my gift card after one use, but when I tried to use it again, the balance was completely gone. Customer service claimed there were two additional transactions that I never made. No one is taking responsibility, and I feel completely scammed. Be very careful.
