Do not come here. Save yourself the time and go to Ulta instead, where customer service actually exists. The two employees at the front of the store today around 5 PM were some of the ugliest I’ve ever seen in retail. I walked in and wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance. Stopped by this Sephora to get some skincare. Had to actively seek out someone to help me, and even then they seemed bothered to help. They didn’t really listen to my concerns and actually spoke over me a lot. Not a great experience and I will not be back.
Cashier w no eye brows was rude im about to return my items won’t be returning
Every one is so nice there. Went to buy my bestie a gift card for mother's day. She loves this store she gets special items here. And what's good about it too no one follows you around.
I’ve been here a few times and so far the only person that has truly took their time to help me was Estefany but sadly she’s not there everyday. I went in yesterday to find a good full coverage concealer.
