If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give it a single star. I arrived on my scooter and wanted to park it next to the entrance—I saw it wouldn't be in anyone's way, and it was my first time there—but a woman at the entrance spoke to me very rudely. I found it strange because other stores have let me bring it in. Terrible service; I will never go back.

I had the worse experience all of the workers are lazy except one girl with blonde hair she was at the cashier super friendly. One black female with a stiff beige wig had me waiting and would give attitude when I asked for a shade match. She had me waiting for over 10 minutes and she would look at me and not even tell me anything. Sephora do better with who you hire. I wish I got the name of the girl with blonde hair because she was the only one running that store.

I am a frequent customer of Sephora, specifically this location so it really is unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have never had an uncomfortable or negative experience at this store until today. I went in with my young daughter looking for a specific display. I couldn’t find it so I went up to an employee for assistance. Came in, was not welcomed. There was 4 workers standing by the door. I proceded to ask if they had any sales, or promos. The woman responded with “no, not at the moment.” I then went to look for an item I needed and I couldn’t find it. No one was around to ask if I needed help and when I went to the other side, one of the workers seemed to be following me. She also didn’t ask if I was looking for something.
