What a great experience! I needed quite a bit of restock and new items as well. So needless to say I was in Sephora for a good amount of time. Lol Melina was truly incredible to support me. Her knowledge on all of the products I needed and more was so helpful and her kind demeanor made my visit so pleasant. It was so nice to have a professional experience with someone like Melina! I never felt rushed and she really took the time to explain all of the benefits of each item I purchased! Thank you Sephora once again!

As a complete beginner to makeup, my first two or three visits to Sephora weren’t the best—I felt a little lost and unsure. But everything changed on my visit on May 28. I was helped by a staff member named Nadia (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), and she was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and helpful. Very unprofessional staff, and certainly not friendly at all… scoffs/laughs at you right in-front of your face? status doesn’t matter, but I am rouge so i’ve definitely experienced my fair share of sephoras and this one definitely stands out. Unfortunate.
