Go see Raye at this location! I cannot say enough good things about her AND the afternoon manager at this location. They are both so knowledgeable but RAYE IS YOUR GIRL!!! Raye has helped me completely rebuild my makeup kit after a boy did something stupid to it (boy is gone btw). She has been so patient and remembers what she suggested to me before. Visited the Riverhead Sephora to shop for perfumes and planned to spend $300–$500, as fragrance is something I regularly purchase and stock up on. I usually shop at the Smithhaven and Shirley locations where the customer service is consistently excellent, so this visit was noticeably different. Several employees were gathered talking and laughing, and no one acknowledged or offered assistance while I browsed, even though the store was not busy.
