I haven’t been in this store in years. There are so many products but I’m typically overlooked & ignored except for the performative greeting at the door. HOWEVER, today Carson offered assistance. His expertise & customer service is unparalleled!! He is knowledgeable & passionate about his color matching (which was my goal). I’ll return & purchase here only because of Carson’s service. When I provided feedback to the manager, she seemed kind & helpful also.
Carson was extremely helpful and nice today when I went in to pick gifts for my sister. He made my experience so much better just by his friendliness and recommendations!
The staff here is amazing. I left my phone on the counter about a month ago. They put it in the safe and locked it up until I came to pick it up the next day.
They really help me out when I was was trying to find a item I needed to deliver to a customer
