As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the service at Sephora; the sales associates are typically courteous and helpful. However, my recent interaction with Carson was disappointing. His demeanor felt dismissive, and I believe customers deserve respect when choosing to shop with a brand. This experience has led me to reconsider where I take my business, possibly even choosing to visit Ulta instead.
This is place is always so dirty and dusty! The makeup samples are always out! They need a really deep clean and some organization. Everything is always out of place!
