Went in there there was like four employees maybe 2 other customers were in the store and you would think anyone would ask if I needed help with something? Not one employee asked if I needed help with anything. This is the closest store Freon where I live and I will not return. I will gladly drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the one in St Catherine’s.

Of all the locations this has the worst customer service. Lack of knowledge on products, frustrating experience to try to get assistance and one particular employee brushed me off speaking to me in a mocking tone. Lines are incredibly long as well.

I had such a great experience at Sephora! Elaine was absolutely the sweetest and was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made me feel really comfortable and was genuinely so nice to talk to. All of the employees were incredibly sweet and friendly, and the store had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was happy to help and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Andy did my makeup this past weekend for a wedding. I am extremely picky with how I like things and the products that I use to create a look that I love. I could not be more happy with the work that she did. She was friendly, professional, and someone that I absolutely will return to for future events. Highly recommend her!
