"I'm very upset because this isn't the first, second, or even third time this has happened to me where I place an order and it gets lost. Then, when I contact them, they tell me the gift I requested (and a sample) in that order isn't available, and they can't substitute it with anything else. So I lose out on the gift that I really wanted to try to see if it would work for me. Honestly, their service is really bad.

My sister booked her graduation makeup appointment at Sephora a week in advance. On the day of her graduation, she arrived at the store with our mother at the scheduled time, only to be told there was no record of the appointment. Despite showing proof, the staff was dismissive, and the makeup artist refused to accommodate her. Thankfully, one of the brow bar employees tried to step in and help the only person. Excellent customer service by Paige who helped me locate the exact cologne I needed, extremely polite and friendly. Will definitely be visiting again!
