I found out I was allergic to a main ingredient in a product i purchased- it is not an uncommon allergy. Brought the product, my receipt for the product i purchased 6 days ago and my doctors note detailing my allergy, my severe symptoms and to discontinue use in order to return it. Employee named “Claire” accused me of tampering with the product and putting “alcohol” in the bottle. This location is clean, convenient and has awesome staff! While I was waiting for my train, I killed some time in this location. While what I originally wanted to buy wasn’t in stock, I ended up getting a better alternative with the help from Naeema! She was so friendly and gave her honest feedback, without feeling pressured to buy! And the cashier Emilie (I believe that was her name, sorry if I’m wrong >•<) was also friendly and chill! Whenever I’m downtown, I’ll make this my go-to Sephora!

Just don’t shop here. You are chopped liver to the associates lol. I was charged double for an item and didn’t realize until the next day, went over to have it fixed but was told I have to bring back all my products. I brought back my whole purchase the next week, was interrogated and made to wait for 10-15 minutes while the associates discussed and I can only assume reviewed camera footage.
