I went into the store on my lunch hour and was met by a kind and professional staff member by the name of Stephanie. She asked what products I used and what I was looking for. I appreciate rated her honest feedback on other products I was inquiring about and quickly provided me with the Summer Fridays deep hydration serum (which I'm in love with) and the new Green Tea Ceramide Cream from Innisfree, which I prefer so much more than the previous moisturizer (of the same brand) I had been using for years. I came in about a month ago because I had a concern about my severe eczema. I was so stressed out and didn’t know what to do so I went to my nearest Sephora to ask for any recommendations for moisturizing products. Bethlehem is the kindest girl ever. She is very knowledgeable, attentive and gentle. She walked me through my skin care routine and suggested me the best option for my condition. And it’s been one month now and my eczema is almost completely gone. Thank you so so so much Bethlehem.
Terrible service. Usually when I go to Sephora, staff approach me to ask if I need help. Even when I don’t. However, this time was completely different. I actually needed assistance and was short on time. I asked one employee, and she told me she would check for me, but instead she walked away to do someone’s makeup without following up or even letting me know she couldn’t help. I can see why this location has so many negative reviews. I visited on Tuesday, March 23 and spoke with three different employees, and all three seemed completely uninterested in helping. Their responses lacked any care or detail, and it was very clear they would rather be left alone than do their jobs. When I asked where to find an item, no one offered to walk me to it or provide proper assistance. They simply pointed vaguely in a direction and expected me to figure it out myself.
