I had an awful experience at this sephora branch. I bought an eye mascara and noticed that the staff had provided me a brown instead of the black by mistake. When I returned from my trip, I brought the unused mascara to change but the manager working Sept 2nd evening “Osaje” did not owe their mistake and did not exchange it despite the brown mascara tube being full! This one star is for the cashier girl with dark hair working around 11:30 Aug 9th. I can feel she hates her job, hates every customers. She just can’t stop rolling her eyes and being extremely rude. The other cashier girl was nice, as well as other staffs.

I had such a great experience with Brandon at Sephora yesterday. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. He helped me find skincare and makeup that actually work for my skin, without being pushy at all. I appreciated how genuine and easygoing he was. You can tell he knows his stuff. I left feeling confident and excited to use everything. Highly recommend!
