I have sensory problems that can make shopping in busy environments difficult. However, I had such a pleasant experience here due to the help & assistance provided by Noelle (sorry if I mispelled). They were knowledgeable, patient and great demeanour that made me feel at ease as we collected the items I needed.
Most of the staff seem really nice, but I had a really bad experience with one of them named Alysse. She had a terrible attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. I have no idea where that kind of attitude comes from.
Management really needs to review how customer service is handled at this location.
Today I have received the best service from Kaela. Very nice, helpful and extremely patient with me. She checked my skin tone and give me a tour around the shop to choose the best products which is suitable for me and in my liking. If I could give more than five star I would do it. Years I have been shopping from Sephora and no one ever suggested me help to find the right product for myself. Thanks Kaela
