The Sephora is so pretty but I went yesterday to the mall and it was close :( when are you guys opening again???
It’s good but so busy and hectic atmosphere. No good items at all. The app has more collection. They should hire more staff around to help people and organize the store better!! Stores in Ontario has more items than here!
I went their to get a shade match for a lipstick. Nobody was actually helping me. The staff just told me, “If you want to see if the color matches, sanitize the lipstick and apply it yourself.” Like… isn’t that supposed to be part of your job? I came there for help finding the right shade, not to figure everything out on my own.

Went to Sephora last weekend and Courtney approached me and helped me find my purchase. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive to what I needed to find.
