Today I visited your store and asked for a perfume sample to try the scent before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I was refused without any explanation. This was very disappointing, as Sephora positions itself as a store where customers can test products and choose the best for themselves. I expected a friendlier approach and more respect toward customers. Such an experience makes me question whether it’s worth coming back to shop with you.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Lost a star always being out of stock of my favorite colors and shades
