Went to sephora dufferin last june 20. Y'all train your cashier girl because my mom was just asking for something, and i heard her having rude tone towards my mom, when she's asking nicely. I work in customer service too, customers are a pain but we still need to accomodate them. Bad service.

This Sephora has the best employees of all the ones in Toronto! I had the pleasure of having Sydney help me..She is very patient and knowledgeable. And so was the other 2 ppl I interacted with .But my time in this visit was spent with Sydney.

Best Sephora Experience – Dufferin Mall Branch I had the most amazing experience at the Sephora in Dufferin Mall , hands down my favorite Sephora in the GTA! Half of the demo out are way pass there time, the smell is awful even the texture is unpleasant. The amount of dust and crust on the selves is wild. No one said hi as I enter the store. I don’t feel as this is a high end place. It’s giving me winners vibes. Not impress

Although the staff here are kind and approachable, I find that this store has often had some stock issues. I've been here several times looking for a specific product but have left empty handed because some of the shelves are so empty.
