Walked into a poorly managed Sephora today. How do I know? Well because most of them are so well managed and it really stands out if one of them isn’t. It took 3 goes to find someone - Francis - who knew what she was doing and who kindly helped me. The first person wasn’t so kind and the second fairly hapless. Great Sephora location! It’s very easy to get to by walking and conveniently located near a major intersection. The store is really big, spacious, and has a great selection of products. Overall, a very convenient location and a good shopping experience.
I’m shocked how bad the customer service I received today at the cash from a girl named Kai , all I can say I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years and never experienced such a bad unfriendly attitude, she needs to find a new line of work, if you hate your job, then quit !! Will never shop at this location again !!
Visited Sephora to quickly grab the Tower 28 concealer. Came out with a full haul, setting me up for fall. For most visits at Sephora it’s usually intimidating, with so many brands and new products to choose from. Initially, I already knew want I wanted to get as it was recommended through a friend. Amazing experience! I called prior to inquire about the custom engraving on perfume bottles and the phone rep was very informative and accommodating. Nadia was such a kind person to help me engrave a name on a bottle. She allowed me to film the process and made sure the placement and finishing touches were to my liking. Such a pleasant experience all around!
