First time going to Sephora, wanted to pick up some gifts for my sister's birthday, and had no idea where to start. Sanjana was extremely helpful and guided me to buy products I would have otherwise never found. My sister was over the moon with her gifts, and I could not have been more happy with the service and assistance that Sanjana provided.
Panna was a great help , visited 2 different makeup stores and she was the only one to truly and happily shade match my girlfriend and made her so happy thank you so so so much 🥰
Amanda was the absolute best! They were extremely helpful and kind
This was my first Sephora experience, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I spent over $1,000 on luxury beauty products and expected at minimum a respectful and welcoming customer experience. Instead, the manager Amanda was extremely rude, cold, dismissive, and unprofessional during the interaction. What shocked me most was the attitude over something as simple as a small makeup shopping bag.
