I was picking up gifts for my kids’ teachers for Xmas and therefore had quite a few small items to check out. There were some items I had to cancel because their prices were mislabeled. The cashier Allie was rude and impatient and made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time. I was so flustered that I forgot to purchase a few more items so I will have to visit the store again but I will avoid this location. Sephora should consider hiring and training employees on customer service!

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff at the store going to respond to three employees that need to be recognized for the amazing customerservice. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I’ve been dealing with the same manager and she is just wonderful professional knows her stuff and so do the other two team members. Always good service here, busy during holidays and sales of course. If you need customized service it’s good to make an appointment or go when it’s less busy. FYI enter at Cheesecake Factory by Nordstrom. Google maps currently shows it at the wrong end. dec2024
