Panna was a great help , visited 2 different makeup stores and she was the only one to truly and happily shade match my girlfriend and made her so happy thank you so so so much 🥰

This was my first Sephora experience, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I spent over $1,000 on luxury beauty products and expected at minimum a respectful and welcoming customer experience. Instead, the manager Amanda was extremely rude, cold, dismissive, and unprofessional during the interaction. Typical Sephora with overbearing staff with no knowledge and feels like security more than service
I will no longer shop at Sephora and do not recommend this company. I strongly disagree with their decision to continue carrying Huda Beauty despite the brand owner’s highly controversial political statements and actions. As a customer, I expect large companies like Sephora to act responsibly and be mindful of the values they support through the brands they promote.
