I will no longer shop at Sephora and do not recommend this company. I strongly disagree with their decision to continue carrying Huda Beauty despite the brand owner’s highly controversial political statements and actions. As a customer, I expect large companies like Sephora to act responsibly and be mindful of the values they support through the brands they promote. I was picking up gifts for my kids’ teachers for Xmas and therefore had quite a few small items to check out. There were some items I had to cancel because their prices were mislabeled. The cashier Allie was rude and impatient and made me feel very uncomfortable the whole time. I was so flustered that I forgot to purchase a few more items so I will have to visit the store again but I will avoid this location. Sephora should consider hiring and training employees on customer service!

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff at the store going to respond to three employees that need to be recognized for the amazing customerservice. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I’ve been dealing with the same manager and she is just wonderful professional knows her stuff and so do the other two team members.
