Just had the absolute BEST experience with the associate ROSIE! She is the most helpful, sweetest person ever. Hands down just wonderful, 12/10 recommend going there and asking for her if you need help with anything.
Yesterday, I had a very bad experience with Rosie. It was my first time receiving a free birthday gift. I usually shop at Sephora most of the time, so I was excited. When I went to the customer service counter and asked for my birthday gift, the staff offered me some options. I chose the Burberry perfume.
