I had an amazing experience here today! I got help from two girls who were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out a gift. The girl at the cash register was really friendly too :)

The Kamloops location is the only Sephora store I’ve been in with horrible customer service, at least for a man. They do not approach you, the girl at the door smiles but quickly looks disinterested. Honestly go in looking for good skin care but leave feeling like I don’t belong. This location needs to step it up.

I have to commend the wonderful staff at the Kamloops Sephora store. Each and every time I'm there, they have always been so helpful!!! Yesterday challenged us all. I had a problem with a GC i was gifted for Christmas when I tried using it. I had a horrible experience with the rep at the GC Helpline but the staff in store were so wonderful and helpful. Yesterday we had the pleasure of being assisted by Noumouni. She was very helpful in finding what our gift recipient likes to purchase. She went to her list by phone numbers and found the exact product she likes to buy. Thanks again Noumouni for your magic. Great store, very pleasant and professional.
