I don’t usually write reviews, but I had a great experience with Karley today. She was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to help me with each and every product I needed. Her customer service was outstanding!
I’ve been coming to this Sephora for quite sometime now. I just want to say thank you to the Staff for how they treat me. Whether I’m dressed up or looking like hot mess, they help me out with any questions, what I’m looking for to purchase and for making me feel welcome each time I go. idk what was going on today but damn lol horrible customer service at every point. then it seemed like they were following/chasing me out of store after i already paid for my $70+ foundation and i had a receipt and bag… and even then no one said goodbye or have a good day, just chasing behind me while whispering on the mic? sorry i wore sweatpants, i guess? even though that’s all stores sell now so it’s not a good thief indicator anymore at all guys…
Today I visited Sephora with my daughter. I initially intended to return an eyebrow pencil, as the shade did not match my brows. While I was there, I took some time to look at foundations and searched for a YSL eyeliner, but I was unable to find it. I also browsed other products, When I approached the checkout, I realized that I had forgotten the eyebrow pencil at home.
