I booked a makeup service with Karley. She was so friendly and professional. My makeup looked beautiful and perfect, exactly what I asked for. Karley was very talented and was a great representative of Sephora, giving me lots of guidance and explaining each product used. She was meticulous in sanitizing each product before putting it on my skin. I will book with Karley for every special event now.
This is a really late review, as I made a trip out of town, same day I visited the store and didn’t get a chance to complete this review until now. I had to do it this minute, so it doesn’t escape my mind again. Malissa was great help to me. I had zero knowledge for makeup, she helped me choose right products.
Spend over $200 in hair products. I wasn't happy with the employee chit chatting and not greeting customers didn't make us feel welcome. Please do better training and hire well trained customers service representatives
