I had probably the most negative experience I have ever had at a sephora. I have short short hair and today I was wearing more tomboyish clothes. I have been saving for a while to purchase a specific perfume, and I went in today to do so. After about 10 minutes of me standing around the fragrance area, none of the 20 staff came over to offer help. the east indian girl assigned in the cashier yesterday april 6, 2026 has a poor customer service training. she also don’t know how to do her job, she has poor hearing or comprehension to get properly the details being relayed by the customers. she was also using her phone while on the job. sephora, don’t commit same mistake like tim hortons!!! sephora parkplace mall lethbridge sucks!
I visited Sephora , Lethbridge frequently. It was favourite spot to buy expensive cologne in past. It was my first time I was visiting this store with my spouse. She was testing one eye liner with a tester but out of sudden one staff “hanna or Anna”whatever her name came and spoke us rudely that you cannot use eyeliner because of hygiene.
