I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sephora. I booked a wedding makeup appointment well in advance, only to arrive and find out they gave my slot to someone else. This was incredibly upsetting, as it was for such an important occasion. The lack of communication and disregard for my booking made the experience stressful and unprofessional. I expected better customer service from Sephora and won’t be returning for appointments

I just had the most awful experience at the Lethbridge Sephora earlier today. I went in to smell some perfumes so I could decide which one I’d like for my friends to buy me as a birthday gift. Almost immediately, one of the employees started following me around the store like I was about to steal something. When I tried a mascara tester, she told me I couldn’t due to hygiene — which I understand — but the way she spoke to me was incredibly rude and condescending. The makeup artist (Cassie), staff and store manager were all incredibly helpful and kind. I really appreciated the service and I would not hesitate to return!

Not impressed with the staff at this location. I would rather drive to Calgary or Edmonton to get my Sephora products. Not to mention they were rude and dismissive to my mother who was trying to find facial creams. NO ONE helped her. The kindness lady you could meet and they refused to help. Probably because the color of our skin. Just another typical beauty shop in Lethbridge with entitlement vibes. ZERO STARS.
