Flying from Toronto and I was looking for someone that can do my make up for an event. Glad I was able to meet Cassie M. She did my make up pretty well. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sephora. I booked a wedding makeup appointment well in advance, only to arrive and find out they gave my slot to someone else. This was incredibly upsetting, as it was for such an important occasion. The lack of communication and disregard for my booking made the experience stressful and unprofessional. I expected better customer service from Sephora and won’t be returning for appointments
I just had the most awful experience at the Lethbridge Sephora earlier today. I went in to smell some perfumes so I could decide which one I’d like for my friends to buy me as a birthday gift. Almost immediately, one of the employees started following me around the store like I was about to steal something.
