I visited Sephora , Lethbridge frequently. It was favourite spot to buy expensive cologne in past. It was my first time I was visiting this store with my spouse. She was testing one eye liner with a tester but out of sudden one staff “hanna or Anna”whatever her name came and spoke us rudely that you cannot use eyeliner because of hygiene. I came in to purchase a product as I was traveling. The product was out of stock and was recommend another product. I decided I'd try it out. I also found another product I was interested in a tester of, but didn't want to commit to the purchase due to carry on baggage limitations. I asked for a sample and the BA asked me to add it to my account. I said no thank you I didn't want to add the tester to my account. Went to this Sephora for the last time today. This store has been so-so since it opened and it's honestly gone downhill. -The staff are either always in your face, to the point that it feels like their watching you to make sure you aren't stealing, or completely nowhere to be found. -They never have anything in-stock -despite what the app says. -I've been snarked at for having returns and asked "why don't you come in for a colour match instead of trial and error", but they don't have anything in store.
