Placed an order thru same day delivery service, driver delivered to wrong address. It clearly shows on the picture that he submitted that it is wrong house number. Tried contacting the store and tried contacting customer service department. Nobody helped me as they say it’s not their fault. Paid almost $300 for my parcel and also paid for same day delivery service. Worst customer service.

Worst experience, the staff is unfriendly except cassy and lina. The cashiers were really rude. Just spend like 300$ and they didn’t even offer for any samples at all. Really they need to learn how to treat customers. Go to sephora in Calgary chinook mall. Learn how they behave and treat their staff.

Lots of workers need to work on a tone, and to stop complaining about how they need a day off up at the front. Fake kindness, I get what you’re doing is your job but you don’t need to a be vapid snake, it’s very obvious that you’re miserable. Employ’s persistent on helping me even after I quite literally said I’m fine like 10 times within the span of 20 minutes (if I need your help I will ask), walk the floor but don’t follow customers.
