Was in yesterday trying to find a perfume I like. I was asking questions and was just getting dirty looks from the sales people. I really could have used some help and would have loved some help. They were super friendly/helpful to other people around me. I think I didn’t look “rich” enough for their help. Great store, great customer service, good selection. I cannot say, and I’ve good things about my representative who helped me out during the store shopping experience Valady, She had great knowledge of all the products, recommended products that suit my skin and took her time to make sure I was satisfied, she is absolutely amazing and I would definitely come back and see her again for any questions or suggestions.
Never had a negative experience at other sephoras until yesterday. Went into the store looking to shop for my girlfriend and notice there was a white male worker following me. Never asked if I needed help was just standing at every aisle I was in, side eyeing me numerous times and even followed me from one side to the other. I never felt more uncomfortable in a Sephora like how I did today. I’d like to start with the fact that I am a minor and I understand that we have the stereotype of stealing however more than half the store is filled with 14-17 year olds and being targeted because I don’t dress nor look like your average customer is absurd.
