Bought a product on 8/11/23 and rushed over to return for a full refund 9/11/23. Product was completely unused and store manager did not refund and instead gave me a store credit, which I do not want or need. Because August had 31 days! This is why I absolutely do not like shopping at Sephora. Please save your time and stick to Nordstrom and/or Ulta.
