I’ve been here a couple of times, and unfortunately this visit didn’t match my first experience. The store had limited stock and a pretty small range of color options, which made it harder to find what I was looking for. The associate who helped me seemed to lose interest partway through and didn’t really make an effort to help me find the right product. I was very upset when I entered Sephora, trying to return a perfume purchase that I ordered online. Through Karna two of the cashiers told me I was unable to return the perfume because I didn’t order it through the app. I checked out as a Guessbut after looking it up, I should have been able to return the perfume with no problem. They just was too lazy to do it.
