I normally don't do reviews but the store was not busy on a Monday afternoon and I really needed help shade matching as someone who is new to the world of makeup. I was not approached by a single sales rep for assistance during the 25 min I spent agonizing over shades. You'll have better luck at competitors if you desire any sort of approachability from staff. Won't be back
Several of the products I was looking for were out of stock and no associate available to assist. Poor customer service.
