I waited over 15 minutes for curbside pickup while employees stood near the front chatting, looking in my direction, but never checking to see if I had been helped. When I called the store, I was told they hadn’t received my order, even though my order status showed it was on the way. Better communication and more attentive customer service would should be considered.

I asked for help finding a lipstick. I had my two kids and I needed to get in and out, nobody helped even though I asked 2 people and It was announced.

I will never go back to this store again. Customer service sucks! Rude and snob. I went three times and same thing happened. I don’t know if it’s because I’m asian. 😔

Had to write a review because I’ve gone to Griselda over 4 times already and I’ve been seeing my hair and skin glowing because of her recommendations! She’s the sweetest and most helpful! Anytime I go to the store I’m hoping I run into her! Last time I went there was 2 girls that have met her before as well and were fine with waiting for her to help me and my mom instead of asking someone else for help, and I’m sure it’s because of her customer service! 10/10!
