I recently visited Sephora to return a product that caused a negative reaction on my skin after a single use. I understand Sephora has a 30 day return policy, and I arrived one day past the return window because I genuinely thought I was still within the 30 days. I had the worst experience ever at this Sephora. I came in to purchase a matte lipstick by Fenty. When I walked into the store, there were two girls standing near the entrance, and neither of them greeted me or acknowledged me in any way. I eventually turned around and asked for help locating a specific matte lipstick. Before asking, I even had to ask the young lady if she worked there because she did not have a badge on. Expected to have very long lines becasue its in a popular area. Has alot of selection for just about everything and customer service is excellent when it comes to skin care. The floor staff arent pushy with anythin and only ask if you seem to be lost or confused and honest of what they know or dont know
Place is in shambles by management of the insecure kind but that’s the only way sales can work in a place like this. They see every client as a price tag.
Griselda was so sweet! She went out of her way to help me and find exactly what I needed! She volunteered herself to look in the back and see if they still had some in stock! I didn’t even have to ask. She was so kind and made me feel so welcomed and safe and was genuinely HAPPY to help! I’ve missed that kind of customer service! Thank you Griselda!
