Incredibly disappointed with new exchange policy. I so rarely exchange and I was unhappy with a lipliner purchase. I had been pressured by an associate to buy a different color and was trying to make it work but I hate it and I wanted to exchange but because I was over the 30 day mark they turned me away. There should be exceptions to this rule and I’m a really loyal customer. Truly so upset and will not buy from Sephora again. Always have a pretty nice experience going to this location, always very friendly and have always gotten someone offering to help if I need anything. I do have other experiences at other locations that no one says hi. Truly always feel very welcomed at this location and they keep stock as best they can which is to be acknowledged
Sephora on line is a nightmare!!!! Absolutely unequivocally horrific!!! Please please avoid on line orders at all costs!! They r HORRIBLE
