Incredibly disappointed with new exchange policy. I so rarely exchange and I was unhappy with a lipliner purchase. I had been pressured by an associate to buy a different color and was trying to make it work but I hate it and I wanted to exchange but because I was over the 30 day mark they turned me away. There should be exceptions to this rule and I’m a really loyal customer. Truly so upset and will not buy from Sephora again.
