Walked in tonight to try and figure out a skin care routine and Rue was phenomenal. She took her time to go over the products I had on my basket, what to add, what to skip. She was great and super helpful. Coming back for Rue advice in the near future.

Just as others stated customer service here is non existent. If you need help you’re screwed. Plenty of people working but they don’t want to help, they just stand there even without customers. Alexis did assist me as I was looking for something so I appreciate that but as I checked out I remembered I wanted a sample or to get color matched. I was able to get assistance from someone else until his shift was over which I get it, you’re over it. Me too. Probably the first and last time I shop at this location.
