Crazy how many reps try to push you towards something or ask you if you need help with some but don't know where anything is. Super pushy feel.
They carry almost every major brand, especially when it comes to perfumes and fragrances. They also offer free pickup service, which makes shopping there even more convenient.
That feeling when you walk into a store on a Wednesday night and not one of the 400 people who work there ask you if you need help. Like I just wanted to get color matched, bro, but let me just wander around the store until I find the brand myself. Sephora IRL is the worst. You don’t need to visit this store to be reminded why.
The very sweet girl who works at the pat mcgrath section needs a raise. she suggested a primer and foundation to me, shade matched me perfectly, and it’s quite literally exactly what i was asking for. she was also very sweet, funny, and personable. you guys are lucky to have her.
