Not greeted like 9/10 other customers walking in, ignored when needed help, yet followed around, condescending cashier as if i’ve never shopped at Sephora. Finally ask for assistance and it’s like i’m asking for the world. ALL of the associates in the MAKEUP section on 9/3 around mid morning were disgusting employees. The cashier working the register all the way to the right, RUDE. They help keep the belief that you have to be a certain person to walk into sephora.
Even though it was super busy, and I had NO idea what to get, there was one employee who seriously made my day. Lilav was kind, patient and introduced me to my new favorite fragrance! She's an ideal employee, period.

I usually despise spending time in a Sephora BUT this one time was really enjoyable. Saryna was so patient with me while I was looking for a new non-toxic concealer. She took the time to try on different brands so I could find the best fit and found the right shade right away! She a was a delight to talk to and offered an amazing customer service! Thank you Saryna.
Sharing this in hopes it gets the attention of management. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the experience is the same every time: there’s a long line of customers waiting to check out, with only a couple of associates working the registers (including the side register where they pull customers from the line). Meanwhile, dozens of other associates are standing around the store or chatting with each other.
