I had an amazing experience today thanks to Violet! A long time ago I shopped at MAC but my nearby location closed, so I decided to try Sephora. As someone who is not very experienced with makeup, I was immediately overwhelmed by all the options. Violet was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I never once felt upsold.
