I came in 10 minutes before the store closed knowing exactly what I needed to get, then found out the item I wanted was discontinued. The store staff happily made every effort to help me find the best substitute when they probably wanted to be doing closing tasks. Their recommendation ended up being great and I will probably buy that product moving forward! Great customer service at this store, and thanks to the ladies who helped me out!
Just left there, walked in and explained a list of brands I have tried and don't like (I am a deep/dark skinned woman with acne scars and golden/yellow undertones not red or blue for reference). I also explained I typically bounce between tient idol from lancome or double wear with Este lauder and know my shades in those. But since both formulas have changed a little I want to try something else with full coverage that's matte since I'm insanely oily even with primer and powder. This was my first time visiting this location. I work near by and haven’t gone in until today. RANI was amazing. She took her time with me and listened to what I like and didn’t like. I showed her some stuff I have bought in the past and she got me into colognes and perfumes that I never would have looked at before. She is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, professional and I will be coming back just because of her. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Rani!!
Fun, it's packed and the fragrances are wonderful. People crowd around you to see what you're smelling and to choose their own. The people that work there make it even more fun..loved it
