I’ve visited this location before and had decent experiences, but my most recent visit felt very different. The customer service seemed noticeably lacking, responses were very dry, and staff appeared annoyed when we asked questions. With makeup, hair products, and beauty items, customers naturally have a lot of questions and may need help deciding between products. Genuinely the rudest experience I’ve ever had a Sephora. The male worker was the only sweet one who actively greeted me. The rest of the staff had such an attitude and acted like they were too good to be helping me. Sephora, do better
