I purchased this Cyklar Vitamin C Body Oil with Ectoin And it’s spilled all over my bag And all over my clothes right after I purchased it and used it like oncein the Employee after like five times I had to tell her the right email for some reason this location doesn’t even have my receipt in my account So pretty much just lost $41 for something I didn’t even get to use and they won’t return the money back because they didn’t put it in the right way

I’ve visited this location before and had decent experiences, but my most recent visit felt very different. The customer service seemed noticeably lacking, responses were very dry, and staff appeared annoyed when we asked questions. With makeup, hair products, and beauty items, customers naturally have a lot of questions and may need help deciding between products.
