One of the girls who worked there gave an amazing experience, she shade matched me perfectly and made sure i didn’t buy the wrong thing
I booked a full face makeup at this location (Bramlea City Centre). Got a confirmation and drove half an hour to the store for my appointment. At the store I was told that they did not have the appointment on their end and it was not their fault. The customer service was horrible. The manager showed zero accountability and just stated that she cannot do anything, its a system fault. There was no apology or an effort to find a solution. The experience was very frustrating.
