I am very pleased with Rayah in Dartmouth Crossing location. She is very nice and helpful.
Rude staff, unhelpful and this is customer service? What a joke they avoid you unless you have a basket full of pricey brands and then they kiss your backside. Plus management tell you to forward your information regarding the incident to them and the issue never gets resolved! This is complacent and ridiculous! Aren’t any managers supposed to lead by example? Guess they are clueless. This location is an utter joke.

Sending 5 star rating for an amazing staff who helped me at Sephora at Dartmouth Crossing. I had a hair experiment that left my hair damaged. At staff named Tay helped me with closing the right products. Tay is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about hair. I highly recommend.
Took my very excited daughter there to see if they had a product she has been wanting ...well me and my friend stood by her to wait to see if the product was in store ...the lady who helped my daughter mind you was amazing ..but as my daughter is waiting me and my friend are standing waiting just having a convo ..I look and see half your staff standing there is crazy ..and soon as we leave your staff all scattered away ....never assume ppl can't afford to be in your store or make them feel uncomfortable to be in there very d... read more
