I visited Sephora at Mic Mac Mall today and was extremely disappointed with the service. The associate, Tomi, was rude when I asked for assistance. I purchased several products, including a mascara, and when I opened it at home, I found it full of hair. It's concerning that returned products are not properly inspected before being placed back on the shelves. This lack of quality control is unacceptable.
