Had a great experience at Sephora today! As soon as I walked in, Ty greeted me right away with a professional yet down-to-earth attitude. He guided me through everything I needed, making the process smooth and effortless. It was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Ty—excellent customer service!
Love going to this sephora. everyone is always so helpful and bright and happy. They are very knowledgeable on the product and how to help with your needs. Haes was a doll, she knew exactly what i was looking for in texture of a product. Didnt pressure me to get the most pricey. But introduced me to new items that I absolutely fell in love with.
The management in the store is horrendous. Staff is condescending and rude.
First let me start by saying this store is very clean. The staff are amazing, nice, and very patient. It was more than one staff that actually help me with all my products they all were kind and had so much knowledge about the products they sale.
