I went in today with my best friend so he could get makeup, and I was followed throughout the store by not one, but TWO associates during the entire experience. I don’t even use makeup nor did I touch any of the merchandise. Everywhere I turned I was met by these two associates and noticed they were watching my every move, I felt VERY uncomfortable. Sephora employees are amazing especially Ms. Julissa. I bought a Dyson hair dryer regular price worked wonders but the cost of the purchase had me between a rock and a hard place. Went back a week later seen Bloomingdale’s and Amazon had the Dyson on sale. Julissa went in the back found the Dyson that was on sale at other retailers and honored it for me. I did a seamless exchange and savings $103. Thank you very much !!!! The above and beyond is greatly appreciated !!!
Every time I step into this gross store, I get followed around by the employees and they constantly harass you asking if you need help. Every 5 minutes someone will come up to me and try to put a basket in my face or try to get me to the counter. On top of that the employees are straight up rude. And don’t have any manners or professionalism whatsoever. They make shopping at my favorite store really uncomfortable and it makes me not want to return.
