Terrible customer service at this location. Employee: Natalia. I am a frequent VIB member, and I have never been treated in such a derogatory and incompetent manner at this store. During my last two visits, this employee named Natalia has assisted me with an incredibly rude and arrogant attitude. I rarely go to Sephora because I rarely seek new products out. I've tried enough products that I know what works for me. This was my first time at this particular location and their stock is limited compared to larger locations. However, I am leaving a 5-star review. Everyone I interacted with was simultaneously friendly and professional. I especially want to recognize Puja: quite knowledgeable, a good listener to my issues, friendly and patient, and was a joy to work with. Thank you, Puja.
Harry helped me toady. I was confused choosing a fragrence. Approached me asked me what I was looking for and helped me decide which one would be best for me. He was friendly and gave good advice.
