I came in to get some help with choosing products for my wedding makeup. The first 2 associates didn't seem to know about products they had and would left immediately after bringing me to a section. Then, I got to talk to Natalie. She was extremely knowledgable and made me feel confident about using the products on my own. She tailored her suggestions to what would be best for my needs and showed me how to use the products. When I come back in the future, I will be asking to specifically talk to her.

I'd give a 0* to the Kitchener Ontario store if I could. Couple weeks ago my elderly mom went to the store to seek guidance about a product that appeared to be defective. She lives 45+ mins away from all Sephora stores, so she off the bat explained that, that's the reason it took her a month to come in. BTW she had the original receipt. Not only is the customer service so bad that customers are left standing there waiting for an employee to leave the huddle at the cash to have some sort of help, but one of my friends was profiled as a shoplifter and had the cops alerted to them despite not doing a singular thing outside of wanting to spend her hard earned money. This specific location honestly has the worst employees for customer service. I promise you that my friend with alopecia is not trying to steal from you.
