Love this store
I went into Sephora with no intention of finding a new foundation shade, but Gracie did an outstanding job helping me. I’ve been using Estée Lauder Double Wear for the last 10 years, but recently the formula changed and my usual shade now looks much darker on me. Gracie used a skin-matching device to find my shade, and honestly, I was skeptical at first because I’d never seen anything like it before. Zero help here. The employees just stand around talking and block displays. You have to basically push past them just to test a fragrance. Every Sephora is like this. It’s nearly impossible to find a specific product
