I feel sad that I have to post a negative review, because at the end of my short visit to this store yesterday I was helped by a kind employee that ended up being the one to check out my purchase. I spend a lot at Sephora, like truly way too much! However, most of the shopping that I do is online via direct delivery or in-store pickup. Horrible customer service. Three girls behind the counter looked at me and then laughed and walked away instead of helping me. I understand a lot of women are insecure these days but find a different job if you allow your inner issues to affect your work. Only giving two stars because one shorter Hispanic woman was nice as I walked out the store.

Hello everyone! My daughter (8yrs)and I was greeted by 2 staff members. I quickly asked for the Dr. Gross facial products. Valerie was so helpful. She asked me if I wear makeup on a daily I stated no. She went out of her way to help me. She did a skin test on my skin and helped me out with all the products I needed for my skin.
