I am writing to bring attention to an incident I witnessed at your Marina del Rey, CA Sephora location in November 2025, involving the store manager, Bernice, that left me deeply concerned. During my visit, I observed the manager publicly belittle an employee and accuse him of stealing, even though it was clear he had done nothing wrong.
