Thank you to the helpful staff for assisting me in a very uncomfortable interaction where an elderly woman believed she was in line before me, and tried to physically force her body in front of mine multiple times, then called me “entitled” after I very nicely corrected her that I had been in line before her. (Usually I wouldn’t care about jerks like this, but I was buying presents for my friend’s 11 year old daughter’s birthday today, already in a rush to get them to her.)
