Linda is amazing!! My friend and I were shopping here since it was on the way to Costco (we're both in Santa Monica). The Sephora in Century City and DT Santa Monica are both much closer to us but this is by far my favorite Sephora in LA. Linda was so helpful to my friend who was shopping for a lipstick. She's super knowledgeable, open, and friendly. She really made our day and was so fun to chat with. Hoping we run into you again, Linda!!

this is one of my least favorite sephoras i've ever visited. the ventilation is terrible, so the perfume cloud gives me an instant headache, and the customer service is far too aggressive with "checking in." during past visits, i've legitimately had 5 different staff members talk to me within TWO MINUTES of entering the store. it happened again today, with one woman "just checking" on me three times in less than 10 minutes - even though I told her from the beginning that yes, i know what i'm looking for & no, I don't need he... read more

Carla really made my day! I was in on a busy Friday & I saw there was a sale happening. I picked out 2 lipliners that were on sale from HAUS LABS since their foundation and concealer are amazing (good enough to replace my Dior foundation & Kosas concealer). It turns out only select colors were on sale but Carla applied the discount for me anyway!
