I usually love this Sephora location, but my most recent experience left a bit of a sour impression. I saw an advertisement for a new fragrance launching on 3/18, so I called the store ahead of time to confirm availability. I was told it was in stock, which prompted me to make the drive over. Once I arrived, I didn’t see the fragrance on the floor, so I asked an employee for assistance. She checked in the back and returned to let me know it wouldn’t be launching for a few more days.
