I love Sephora overall, but what makes this location extra special is Nika (MUA). She’s truly one of the best! She’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back to this location. Her talent and service always make the experience worth it.
Great location with free parking. The staff were nice and took the time to color match me and find the precise shade for me. They were helpful and chill. Made shopping there enjoyable.
Ironically, as a young college student, I was a makeup artist at Sephora's original flagship store in San Francisco when it first opened well over two decades ago. Today, as a customer, I've watched the company decline into the complete opposite of what it originally set out to be. Thank you to the helpful staff for assisting me in a very uncomfortable interaction where an elderly woman believed she was in line before me, and tried to physically force her body in front of mine multiple times, then called me “entitled” after I very nicely corrected her that I had been in line before her. (Usually I wouldn’t care about jerks like this, but I was buying presents for my friend’s 11 year old daughter’s birthday today, already in a rush to get them to her.)
