Thank you to the helpful staff for assisting me in a very uncomfortable interaction where an elderly woman believed she was in line before me, and tried to physically force her body in front of mine multiple times, then called me “entitled” after I very nicely corrected her that I had been in line before her. (Usually I wouldn’t care about jerks like this, but I was buying presents for my friend’s 11 year old daughter’s birthday today, already in a rush to get them to her.) Sales person was friendly and ready to help.
The customer service at this location has diminished greatly. I've witnessed on several occasions the employees standing around talking to eachother and not paying attention to the customer. I've also witness an employee sampling the perfume while I and another customer stood waiting at the check out line for assistance. Eventually this employee sauntered up to the counter and asked if we needed assistance. When I complained to the manager, she didn't care for my tone, and refused me further service.
