Yesterday was the absolute worst experience i have ever had at sephora. I will be going out of my way to get in touch with corporate as it is completely unacceptable for some of the sales associates to work there with such a lack in customer service. Not only did i wait 10 mins to find an associate to get a sample..i never got it. there was literally nothing in stock and everything was in the wrong spot. ended up buying the wrong thing because it was so unorganized
I was in there today. I walked around the store looking lost trying to find. I was there for ten minutes and no one even said a simple hello to me. Please improve on your customer service.
This is one Sephora full of Rockstars and can exceed all needs for cosmetics, skin, fragrance and hair!!!
My daughter and I went in to just look around and left with a whole new way to care for our skin. Ellen took 2 hours and lead us through every product carefully. The best part was when after using for 2 weeks my husband said something about my face looking younger. Wow! Ellen you nailed it. I came in to find a way to look younger and my husband noticed.
A taste of heaven.
