RecommendedThey were all the friendliest sales associates I have ever seen in a store. It was my first time in that specific Sephora. I was greeted when I walked in. And then asked right away by another if she could help me find anything. She helped me find a face mask. The cashier was very friendly and polite as well. Very good experience with that store. Too bad it's not close where I live.
Customer service was very helpful. I returned an item I bought online with no hassle.
Customer service was friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Smiling faces and the ability to see ALL customers as customers is the way to go.
Stephanie helped us find the exact make up we required for a special event. She was knowledgeable and patient. Her customer service was excellent!

First and last time in store. Didn't get all questions answered gave me some stuff for redness and a sample of makeup and was left without asking if anymore questions. Hated store and experience
The last time I came to this store was almost 2 years ago...and never wanted to come back. I came with visiting family today and nothing has improved. No one welcomes you when you walk in. Cast members standing at the counter would rather talk to each other instead of checking on customers. Checking out wasn't any better. No greeting, no asking if I was a VIB...no nothing.
