I was not greeted, walked around not once was I asked by an employee if i needed help. Luckily i lnew what lipstick color i wanted paid for it and left dont think I'm going back for a while.

I was never greeted. Not even a simple hello. I walked around for a good 30 minutes along with a few other people. We were never asked if we needed help. When someone finally did I asked about mascara the girl was completely uneducated in makeup apparently I finally asked for their best seller and paid for my things and left. The sample make up area were filthy with makeup everywhere and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I will probably shop online from now on instead of going into the store here.
