I’m really upset about my haircut. Nicole is a nice person, so this is difficult to write, but the results were terrible—an uneven, choppy cut that looked like I had cut it myself. On a previous visit, I received a perm, but it did not turn out well and did not appear to be a perm at all. I feel that more training or experience may be needed. The cost was also higher than comparable Asian salons in the Twin Cities. I hope additional training or refinement of technique could improve future results.

BEST. Haircut. EvEr! Nicole knows my hair and asks 2 questions and it turns out perfect! My dry, straight hair now looks shiny black and with shape! She knows I'm a no-nonsense girl, my hair looks great with just a wash and air dry, looks great up AND I know it will grow out great until the next Haircut! 10/10

I was so excited that someone in MN was going korean hair treatments and booked a korean digital perm and root perm. After going, I would not recommend this place, here are all the challenges: - The system let me book both services but when I got to the salon, I was told that I couldn't do both at the same time due to using different solutions and processing times. I love Nicole!! She is the sweetest person ever! She definitely knows how to make you feel comfortable and confident. My hair went from flat to flamboyant in a span of minutes! Time flies with Nicole and I loved every moment with her. She also gave me good recommendations for growing out my hair as well since it always grows so slow. Services from Nicole is definitely a must!
