I’m only giving it two stars because I was denied, but it was my manager fault. She did not close out my apartment. I was denied and they said it takes 30 days to clear it the charge. I am disputing it and other apartments say I won’t have to wait 30 days somebody is lying and take 30 days to dispute a charge. I’m sorry, but they deserve what they got.
I’m giving it 5 because of the Community is nice and very professional manager and staff I’m disappointed in my manager in Portland who messed up my rental history but I’m nice enough
No storage space and no large garbage dumpsters..only personal sized waste bins that other residents use with no regards...also the recycle bins are filled with garbage because of this reason, and leaving no room for recycle! The whole apartment was rushingly and poorly put together. Old things where merely painted over and or carelessly or improperly repaired, causing the very maintainance team to gripe and grumble about having to repeatedly fix problems they themselves create.
