These guys have no idea what they're doing. I gave them 2 months to get the tracking working from the Meta Pixel and they couldn't do it. They over promised, under delivered and couldn't even complete the items mentioned in the service agreement. When asking them questions about why they hadn't completed items they'd promised, they respond with "will get back to you by COB today", then 2 days later you finally get a response.
