When I went into my storage room today, I found mouse droppings everywhere. There was mouse excrement on the floor, on top of boxes, and inside boxes. It was despicable. When I went to the front desk to complain, the rep did not want to admit they had a rodent problem, but a facility maintenance guy came over and bluntly admitted that they have a rodent issue and blamed management. Called here the other day for some general information (as I am still shopping around), the gal who helped me was professional and very knowledgeable in regards to their policies and pricing. Out of the several places that I have called upon, this place has been the most helpful since I have not been put on hold to ask someone else for an answer to my question. The gal - I believe her name was Stephania even kept referring to me by my name which i thought was a personal touch. Keep up the great customer service!
I recently came in to get information on a small storage unit as soon I am off to college and need to store a few things away. A really nice guy named Andy Romero gave me a small tour on several units that would fit the size description I need. He explained prices, sizes and even got a much needed cup of coffee all on the house. Thank you so much. I've still yet to decide on dates but I will definitely come back to get my unit soon before next semester comes. Great and friendly customer service and very very clean.

Just recently made my 3rd payment at this location and I am very happy.. Andy Romero who always greats me with a welcoming smile takes my monthly payments and always offers water bottles, coffee etc.. Great Service Sentry
